After several email attempts with no response about my BTStim purchase, I visited the website to see if I could find any information. Turns out the owner and operator of BTStim is facing several challenges. I won't be getting my unit anytime soon, if ever. Looks like I put in my order at the worse possible moment. Regardless, I hope the person in question recovers.
